How to place an order?

We’ve made order placing procedure easy for our customers. Everything you have to do is follow these easy steps. 

  1. Find your desired products by using the search box or the shop by category button or by scrolling and navigating the website.
  2. Select the size, quantity, color (if applicable) and add the desired times in the cart using the “Add to cart” button.
  3. Click on the “Cart” button on the top right portion of the screen to open the cart and review your selection.
  4. Click on the “Proceed to checkout” button to finalise the order.
  5. Account login (You can use either of the following options): You can login to your ALLSURG account if you already have or you can sign up for a free account.
  6. You can login using your “Mobile Number” or “ E-mail Id”.
  7. Fill up the Billing address and Shipping Address and Contact details as asked on the page and click “Confirm and Pay now”.
  8. You will be directed to payment gateway page of ccavenue where you can choose any of the payment method available or you can choose “EMI” option if you are eligible. Once the payment transaction is completed ,an order reference number will be generated by the system for tracking.

Can I make changes after placing order ?

Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, no modifications can be made.If you still need your issue to be resolved right away, send us an email at .Our dedicated team aims to contact you within 24 working hours.If you order something by mistake, you can easily return it by contacting us.

Where can I track my order?

To track your order, simply follow these easy steps:

1.      Login to your account and click on “Order history”.

 2.      In “Order history” you will be able to get an overview of your order history and their status & "Track" your order under their respective order ID.

3.     You can also track your order with the courier company docket number provided by us.

How to cancel order?

  • ALLSURG has made cancellation extremely simple and easy for our customers.
  • Customer can cancel his/her order(s) by simply writing us at
  • Also you can just refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, if you want to cancel an order which has been shipped.

The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?

We are committed to deliver your orders timely, but due to pandemic and restrictions imposed by different states your order can be delayed which is beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please keep an eye on your email and messages for updates. You will be notified for a new delivery date, and you can monitor the status of your order by going to "Oder History."

Can I take the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?

Open delivery is not allowed by ALLSURG and logistic partner policy, so a shipment cannot be opened before the entitled amount has been paid to the delivery individual.In case of prepaid orders, the parcel can be opened after accepting it in a good condition from the delivery person.
